"U" Type circular conveyor system to commonize loading and unloading operation by single operator.
Component is loaded on through feed conveyor at inpur fixture.
Same component will be moved to target washing station having component internal and external washing specific nozzle arrangements.
After that component will be moved to 2nd chamber for general washing.
Compressed air drying and Hot air drying is provided in continuaiton with earlier process.
All above activities are parallel to meet cycle time.
Additional centrifugal oiling machine is provided to avoid anti-rust issue.
Entire SS chamber, SS conveyor, and all parts in contact with water are of SS304 material.
