The washing machine is front loading Sliding Fixture Type Washing Machine. The operational stages in common chamber are 

• Component fixture sliding inside the chamber 
• High pressure spray washing
• Purging with air blow only 
• Compressed air/hot air blow 
• Component fixture sliding outside of the chamber 

Note: system can be provided without sliding arrangement . 

 The machine consists of 

• Common spray washing and compressed air blow chamber with pneumatically operated canopy.
• Washing liquid storage tank situated below the chamber and integrated to the chamber with glass wool insulation 
• Sieve basket filter with magnet and Inline simplex bag type and cartage type filter are provided for arresting coarse contaminants before entering the liquid to wash tank. In addition oil skimmer for oil contamination removalis also provided.
• Ceramic electric heaters enclosed in SS304 tubes for heating washing liquid from the wash tank. 
• High-pressure centrifugal vertical spray pump coupled with suction valve is used spray the solvent at 12 to 15 bar pressure. 
• Pneumatic cylinder with guide bars is used for sliding of fixture inside and outside of the chamber. 
• Liquid level indicator cum controller with low level safety interlock.

The Ultrasonic is the science of sound waves. These sound waves form a bombarding effect on material to be cleaned. To extract the effectiveness of ultrasound it requires a medium  such as water or solvent for the waves to propagate.

The object to be cleaned is immersed in the solvent and the ultrasound is passed to the solvent. As the waves pass, the liquid fractures or tears because of the negative pressure. This pressure builds up and finally the violent collapse of the cavitations bubbles result in implosions which causes shock waves to radiate. 

Ultrasonic Cleaners are widely used to clean intricate parts. The ultrasound generator generates High Frequency, which is applied to water. Thus water starts resonating at that frequency. This pulsating water molecules splash on the submerged jobs, which in turn get impounded by this frequency. This action loosens the dirt from cavities.

• For the oil contamination removal, the additional SS304 Belt type oil skimmer is availed
• V - Jet spray nozzles are positioned from bottom, top and side of component
• S304 air blow nozzles removes excessive solution droplets from the component area in drying chamber
• The Liquid level indicator cum controller which hold low level safety interlock
• PLC logic based control panel with include necessary safeties and interlocks in order to perform smooth functioning of the machine with a operator control box on front side of it

 

The component to be cleaned is loaded, at loading side of the conveyor.

 

The component which is needed to be cleaned is loaded at the loading side of the conveyor. As soon as the operator pressed two “cycle Start” push buttons from the operator control box, the movement of the conveyor starts. Then the to ad fro pneumatic cylinders slides these components from conveyor to operating chambers. Further the return stroke of the pneumatic cylinder are found and all the doors of the operating chambers are closed. As soon as the doors are closed, the operation starts in all three chambers in the simultaneous manner.
