Sleeve Forming Machine
Ground tank storage capacity of 1700 lit.
Two numbers of SS Pattern and slurry suction cone mounting arrangement.
Stirrer mounted on strong rigid frame and guided with bearings.
System is driven with an electric motor of 5 Hp capacity with reduction gear box ,pulleys and belt drive arrangement.
The stirrer impeller fitted at the bottom of the tank.
A hydraulic cylinder with rack and pinion arrangement is used for tilting mechanism of suction cone with pattern.
A vacuum receiver cum water- separator is provided with electro pneumatic controls for vacuum On & Off operation.
This machine is suitable for manufacturing Cylindrical Sleeves Open and Blind type from 1” to 6”. in size.
Separate PLC based electrical panel is provided for machine operation in manual and automatic mode with suitable electro-pneumatic controls.
An air pressure–regulator–filter is provided to supply dry air to pneumatic controls for vacuum separator ON –OFF operation.required, hence more productivity.

Packing:- Sleeves are covered with poly bags and packed in CB box .
