These test setup has been designed to carry out leakage test on component body by air-to-air (pressure decay) method. All passages are checked in the same fixture using suitable electro-pneumatic logic.

Dry type leak testing is carried out on fully finished machined component, with differential pressure Method.
Ÿ All the components to be checked at separate stations with common leak tester. Acceptable Leak Rate: 25cc/min at Test pressure: 1.5 bar
- Component sealing fixtures made out of machined platform having Locating pads for exact location of test component.
- Facility to check all passages of the component is provided in the same fixture. Nonmetallic volume reduction block is provided to save the cycle time.
- Hydraulic clamping and port closing cylinders with rubber pads are used for effective sealing of openings at all sides.
- Two hand safety push button with safety curtain is provided to start the cycle.
- Both stations has separate leak testers to meet cycle time, Cycle time can be overlapped with each other to reduce the price and to eliminate loading & unloading time.
