This test rigs has been designed to carryout test on rubber body.
Leakage test machine:
Hoses are tested by air-to-air method. Facility of water leak checking for defective component is also provided. All components are checked in the same fixture using suitable electro-pneumatic logic at set pressure.
BURST STRENGTH TEST
Rubber hoses are used for various applications in an automobile for supply of air, oil, gases etc. The hoses are subjected to various tests so that under actual conditions of loading with environment changes they work as leak free and retain flexibility.
Mainly consists of Hot air chamber and hot fluid pressurizing system with PLC or SKADA based system to control the machine operation.

PRESSURE PULSATION TEST RIG FOR HOT OR COLD FLUID
This system is designed to conduct pulsating pressure test on hydraulic hoses used in power steering and brakes.
TEST CONDITIONS:
I. Test fluid temp-up to 150°C OR 20 TO -10 DEGREE C
II. Environment temp: up to200°C
III. Test pressure: 1.0-120 bar max adjustable.
2. 0-1 bar max 10
IV. Pulse/Impulse frequency: 3 sec ON and 2 sec off adjustable.
